Experiential event brings the outdoors in

A new National Trust experiential pop-up in Newcastle has now launched, bringing the outdoors inside at the Metro Centre.
Creating an immersive experiential environment by taking inspiration from the beautiful countryside and historic places maintained by the National Trust, our designers and creative team have transformed an unused shop space in Newcastle’s Metro Centre into an engaging brand experience.
With a secret garden themed shop front, the experiential design draws people in to an outdoor playground with interactive activities for adults and children of all ages. From spotting some the North East’s wildlife, to cycling through the Northern countryside exploring scenery projected onto a curved screen as a breeze brushes past, there is something for everyone.
The National Trust pop up experience will run for at least six weeks, and is part of a wider brand awareness campaign promoting the organisation’s protection and maintenance of outdoor locations as well as historic places.
