Creative content helps tell the Harrods story

Producing creative content for communications campaigns is all about telling a story. So when we were asked to help chart the fascinating journey Harrods has made from a tiny tea shop to the first single site store to generate £1bn in sales in one year - we were delighted.

To help mark the latest record breaking achievement in the Harrods story, the Making History campaign is designed to bring the history of the brand to life for both internal and external stakeholders.

We acted as both creative content provider and video production company on the project, developing the campaign’s brand and a pair of engaging videos to support its launch both online and offline.

The videos were created using images from the Making History book, and a simple but powerful script. Both videos highlight the key messages of the campaign - with one designed to be shown at the launch event of the Making History book and the other playing a key communications role on the aboutharrods.com website.
