M&S Food ‘On Air’ concept revolutionises internal communications
A completely unique internal communications concept, M&S Food “On Air” allowed M&S to reach over 2000 employees in just one radio broadcast.
Of course great content is what made this in-store radio broadcast excite and engage M&S Food employees. The mix of live and pre-recorded features communicated the business vision and ambitions for the coming season and featured key representatives from the M&S Food group.
This concept is now being used by other M&S business units to communicate their quarterly messages.
